We stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning services.

If there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you require other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified before any work being done to service your jewelry.

Hi! My name is Sarah, Born & Raised in London, UK. Armed with Creativity & Passion I set off to study fashion design with a minor in drawing. I designed with the thought that each piece should be trendy, every-day, and affordable to everyone. With many retailers wanting to carry my designs I felt I wanted to share it directly through this site. With over 30 years of experience, my team and I have handcrafted over 10,000 designs that have enticed the audience. Our Quality, Finish, Polish, Heft, Brilliance & Beauty all achieve 100% satisfaction. We stand behind each piece by offering a warranty.  

 

Amaari started in 2008, it was a journey from my studio to a worldwide team to create for all parts of the world in their market of trend. Amaari derives from the meaning Strength & Eternal. We believe in our designs, and our creations are all designed and concepted in Italy. All Our Diamonds are inspected by trained specialists with high degree of quality and finish. Our Team of Talented Designers & Gemologists all have a passion for fashion and a knowledge of Jewelry trends. Our designs have a mixture of nature, traditional, modern, and everlasting comfort and we hope to share the passion with you!

Yes, all our diamonds are 100% real and natural. We provide AGS / GIA Certification at a final price of over $1,000. If less than $1,000, please contact us at support@londonfinejewelry.com to request a certification (Additional costs may apply).

London Fine Jewelry only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the American Gem Society (AGS), and the International Gemological Institute (IGI) will not issue grading reports on diamonds that have been treated or enhanced, so purchasing our diamonds - which are all GIA, AGS or IGI certified -- is another guarantee that our diamonds are natural.

Yes. All diamonds sold by London Fine Jewelry abide by the Kimberley Process. All diamonds come from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflicts, and compliance with United Nations resolutions. We guarantee all diamonds are conflict-free, based on knowledge and or Written guarantees.

We are a direct manufacturer, not a retailer. There are no middle cuts between the chain of transactions. You are buying direct, dry prices.

Yes. We currently have G.I.A Graduate Gemologists on staff. These gemologists are an integral part of our customer service team. If you have any further questions, you can speak with a graduate gemologist at any time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks & wire transfers. We also accept PayPal allowing you the option of using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express Card, or an eCheck.

Yes, we provide international shipping. See our international shipping rate on Shipping & Returns section.

Since all items are made-to-order, we require 3-10 business days from the time we receive payment to the day we ship. Once your item is ready to leave our facility, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing the receipt.

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee up to 30 days after receiving the item. Any modifications, sizing alternations, changes of stone, are detected upon return, we will not issue a refund. We will return the piece to you. The returned item must include all the paperwork and box along with the receipt. Upon receiving the item, we will credit your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. Please allow up to 7 business days for all returns to receive credit. *Note: All custom orders are nonrefundable.

Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, and custom orders may not be returned.

All 14k rings are made of solid 14k, they are NOT hollow or plated.

We offer custom engraving on our rings and bands up to 26 characters including spaces on the inside of the ring for $10. (Additional 1 Business Day is applied)

We always welcome custom orders. If you have a specific design in mind, please contact one of our jewelry specialists for more information. Please note most custom orders are nonrefundable. Feel free to contact us at support@londonfinejewelry.com with your favorite design!

Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewelry insurance. We encourage you to reach out to Jewelers Mutual to protect your purchase.
